This is our main class workout track. It is built from the competition track but adjusted to fit class times and athlete ability.

We provide variance with periodized training that allow athletes to see improvements in various modalities!

Elite & Perform

Our Individual programming tracks for competitors.

Designed for the athletes looking to compete in the sport and your advanced athletes who want some extra training.

We build our Deka Comp Box programming from the PERFORM track, this means your higher level athletes can get involved in the classes!

Hustle

Available with Deka Comp Box Total membership

Hustle is our HIIT inspired workouts.

No barbells, simple movements, great for shorter classes or members looking who love cardio training.

Warm up, workout and extra included.

These classes are high sweat, high energy!

KIds & Teens

Available with Deka Comp Box Total membership

Crossfit or Functional Fitness classes designed for the kids in your community.

Includes fun warm ups and a little extra after each class!
